Welcome to the online gallery of Stone Designs.
All of the creations you are about to peruse are hand-crafted by me in my home workshop. I use no heat or solder in my art, fusing contemporary designs with olde-world techniques. Sterling silver is the primary metal in most pieces; while brass and copper are featured or used as accents in others. Stones vary from time-tested favorites to unique precious and semi-precious gems and minerals, and all materials are environmentally and socially responsible. Each creation is one-of-a-kind, signed and numbered, with the exception of a few designs, which are otherwise noted.
Currently, some of my works are available through this online gallery, while others pictured are available through galleries and shops such as Volcano Art Center, Gallery of Great Things, Maui Hands Lahaina, Maui Hands Makawao, Living Arts Gallery, and Arthur Johnsen Gallery. When a piece is carried by a gallery or shop, that location and contact information are listed with the description of the creation.
